Knuston Hall: Developing Your Ukulele Skills (10-12 March 2017)

3rd July 2016

Knuston Hall Improving Your Ukulele Skills
Weekend Residential Course, Friday 10- Sunday 12 March 2017

Knuston HallThis weekend residential will be aimed at people who have some basic knowledge of playing the ukulele (eg chords like C, F, G, A and D). This fun and lighthearted course is ideal if you have done one of my previous beginner courses. We will develop and progress your skills with a mixture of tutor-led and breakout sessions. There will be a careful selection of songs which will progressively expand and develop your chord knowledge and strumming skills.

Over the course of the three days there will be 11 guided learning hours over 9 sessions. These will vary between tutor led sessions by me showing you the skills and then progressing from there, small group break out sessions with tutor support and then mini performances which we will do to ourselves. You will need to bring your own soprano or concert ukulele, a music stand would also be useful. A concert ukulele is the next size up from the soprano and good if you have bigger fingers.
