Knuston Hall: Ukulele Workshop (16 September 2017)

31st January 2016

Knuston Hall Ukulele Jam
Saturday 24 September

Knuston Hall 2This Saturday course will be aimed at people who have some basic knowledge of playing the ukulele (eg chords like C, F, G, A and D) and want to come and jam with each other! This fun and lighthearted course is ideal if you have done one of my previous beginner courses or have been playing for a while. Through a careful selection of songs we will have great fun playing uke, but also learn a few new chords you may not have come across before.

Also, new for this session you can send music or problems you are having problems with, or just want a bit of help with to me. We will then spend some time in the session looking at your question and help you solve the problems! Music and questions should be emailed in advance (before the end of August 2017) to:

Sessions will vary between tutor led sessions by me showing you the skills and then progressing from there, small group break out sessions with tutor support and then mini performances which we will do to ourselves. You will need to bring your own soprano or concert ukulele, a music stand would also be useful. A concert ukulele is the next size up from the soprano and good if you have bigger fingers.
